What is a web host?
Website hosting is simply taking your web pages (html files) and placing
them on our servers so that the world can have access to them 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. Of course this is only very small portion of what we
do. Our
web hosting also includes e-mail services, secured transactions,
database capabilities (shopping cart), web statistics reports, technical
support, and three separate levels of backup for your data.

What are servers?
These are actually computers that have your web address and all your
info in them. The internet is a hungry place, so servers do just
that.... they serve your website up to the internet all day long every
day. That's what keeps your website up and running all the time!

"I need a website... how much will it cost me?"
There are basically two types of websites...
informational and
e-commerce. We do all custom work so matter how large or small your
website is you get the same individual attention. If you are just
starting out, we offer
small business website packages as well as e-commerce packages. Need
your existing website remodeled? We are happy to give you a quote for

"How long does it take to have a website made?"
It depends on how long it takes you to decide on your general graphics
and layout as well as the actual size of the content. Once I have that
information, plus the actual information for the body of your site,
the average small business website is completed within a short few
weeks. It largely depends on the communication between us and how
rapidly you get your information to us.

"If I have a website, will you make changes for
me?"
We will be happy to make changes for you. We charge our hourly rate of
$45/hour for this work, and only charge for actual time spent. There is
no minimum charge.

"Do you make your own graphics?"
Yes, we design all our graphics! We can use your favorite pictures or
other images and turn them into a graphic just for your site as well as
creating them from the beginning. We use only top software for our
graphic designing. (Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash...)

"How do I add my website into the search engines?"
We strongly believe each client should have knowledge of how to use
their website and promote it. Experience shows that knowledge has power,
and power gains success. Electronic feeds for search engines are not the
ideal way of submissions, and therefore encourage each to be submitted
manually. We have "how to" pages on our site for our clients so
they have some information readily available to do this themselves. We
also can do all that for you at the time we complete your website for an
additional fee. We feel it is important to help you to be as successful
as possible with your new website.

"Do I need to have a registered domain name and
pay for hosting to get found in the search engines?"
Straight from GOOGLE SEARCH... "There are a lot of problems with hosting
your site at the free hosting companies, like Geocities. First off, if
your site is for your business, it doesn't make a very good first
impression if you haven't even purchased your own domain.
Next, spammers love the free hosting companies. So, if you put your
important site on them, you could be in the same "neighborhood" as
spammers, and you may even find that you can't get your site listed at
all because of it. I've heard of engines banning all sites from
particular free hosting companies before, so it can happen.
